Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our store. We are proud to bring you premium Oeight products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as we enforce strict conditions regarding order changes and returns.

1. Strict No-Cancellation Policy

Immediate Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it is immediately transmitted to our fulfillment network.
No Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded under any circumstances after final checkout.
Review Your Cart: Please double-check your products, quantities, and shipping address before completing your payment.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Transit Damage Only: We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that arrive physically damaged during transit.
Exemptions: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for personal reasons, change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or normal wear and tear.

3. How to Report Damaged Items

If your Oeight product arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.

Please email our support team at Esther@oeight.com with the following information:

Order Number: Your original store receipt number.
Photo/Video Evidence: Clear images showing the damaged product and the shipping packaging.
Description: A brief explanation of the damage.

4. Review and Resolution Process

Inspection: Our quality assurance team will review your submitted evidence within 3-5 business days.
Outcome: If approved, we will process a replacement shipping at no extra cost, or issue a store credit/refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping: If we require the damaged item to be sent back, we will provide you with specific return shipping instructions. Do not send products back without prior authorization.
